Sartaj says Pakistan to participate in Heart of Asia conference in India

ISLAMABAD: Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Tuesday said that Pakistan will participate in the Heart of Asia Conference scheduled for December in India, amid continuing skirmishes between the two nuclear-armed neighbours at the border, India media reported.

According to the reports, Sartaj would travel to India via Wagah border on December 4 and would return to the country on the same day.

The statement comes at a time when the neighbouring arch-rival is busy in efforts to isolate it on international level, while at the same time it has engaged Pakistan on the Line of Control and Working Boundary.
