Rangers nab nine suspects involved in terror activities in Punjab

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Rangers Punjab have apprehended nine suspects said to be involved in the recent terrorist activities in the province, the Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement issued on Thursday.

The Rangers, in collaboration with the Punjab police, conducted intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and DG Khan, the statement added.

During the past 24 hours, nine suspects – allegedly suspected of having involvement in recent terrorist activities in the province – were apprehended, it added.
