ISLAMABAD: The Opposition leaders are not on as good terms with Saudi Arabia as they claim to have, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said Friday, a day ahead of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan.

The federal minister was addressing media today, where he said that the entire nation was eagerly waiting to give warm welcome to the Saudi crown prince.

“Only from Saudi Arabia so much investment has come which did not come even in 10 years,” said the minister.

Fawad Chaudhry said that Pakistan and Saudi Supreme Coordination Council has been formed and the crown prince will look after it along with PM Imran Khan.

“MoUs worth billions of dollars will be carried out between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia,” said Fawad Chaudhry.

He further said that twin cities, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, will not be shut down but security will be strengthened.
