Faisalabad man shoots wife dead over spat, then kills himself

FAISALABAD: A man allegedly shot dead his wife Wednesday night here in the city's Jaranwala over what police said was a domestic dispute and then killed himself as well.

Police added that they have recovered the couple's bodies and had shifted them to the Civil Hospital Jaranwala.

Police sources, on the other hand, said the man was identified as Sarfaraz, who got into a dispute with his wife, Rasoolan, 30, and then shot her dead.

Shortly afterwards, he also killed himself using the same gun.
