Instagram to jump on the dark mode bandwagon after Twitter, YouTube

Time for tech geeks to gear up as Instagram is also joining the dark side with the preps up to roll out its much-anticipated dark mode feature, in full swing.

As per reports, the feature is on the cards for the tech giant who has finally heard the requests of pleading users asking the photo-sharing application to also follow Twitter, YouTube and Facebook Messenger's steps in jumping on the dark mode bandwagon. 

It was stated further that despite users being able to use the system-wide dark mode on the iOS 13 on their iPhones or the Android 10 on their Android phones, they would still need to hold their horses to get the feature on Instagram.

Currently, the feature is available for only a handful of users who would be able to access it if they have their system-wide dark mode turned on.
