Lahore man who abducted minor girl turns out to be her neighbour

LAHORE: A man who had earlier abducted a minor from the Millat Park police station's jurisdiction turned out to be her neighbour, police said after arresting him and recovering the girl.

The investigation unit at Lahore's Millat Park police station safely recovered the 12-year-old and confirmed they detained her kidnapper, identified as Haseeb Abbas. They added that he had abducted the minor girl when she was going to school.

The investigation police noted that they used latest technology to find and recover the girl before handing her over to her parents.
