Residents of Sindh appreciate Rangers job to eradicate terrorism, corruption: Palijo

Palijo was talking to Geo/Jang correspondent at the residence of Sindh Association of North America President Moazzam Bhangar in Dallas, Texas.
He said that this is a wrong story simmering in Karachi not to catch thieves from my province but from other provinces. He said we should rather be happy for the good work going on in our own home, which will make our province grow.
Mr. Palijo said that if MQM considers itself as a political party then they should clean themselves from criminal elements. Similarly People’s Party should also clean itself from corrupt people.
He said that first Asif Ali Zardari said that they will bang bricks to bricks in Pakistan and then Khursheed Shah said that they will bring war to Pakistan. He said that he would like to ask both these gentlemen as where they were when Benazir Bhutto, Murtaza Bhutto, Abdullah Murad, Ghazala, Batool Siddiqui and killings on 12 May, or when the dead kids were dying in their mother’s laps. Did they say that they will bang bricks to bricks of terrorists when they killed people in Shikarpur and Safoora Goth.?
He said today when Dr. Asim and Manzoor Kaka are apprehended, they are raising hell, adding that these are empty threats and people of Sindh will never accept this rhetoric.
Ayaz Palijo said that MQM had been demanding to hand over Karachi to military. Karachi operation was their demand. Similarly, extension of authority to Rangers was done by People’s Party. Now when military is operating in Sindh, they are crying foul.
He said that money laundering stays under surveillance in foreign countries, so it is important to have these laws enforced in Pakistan too, as this boosts terrorism.
He said that it’s not only him but the whole Pakistan is in support of this military operation, as this operation is against terrorists and corrupt people.
He said Karachi is part of Pakistan, if the operation continued and they don’t compromise under political pressure then Pakistan will enter into a new phase of progress.
Responding to a question he said that operation should run against everybody. If interior Sind has extortionist and criminal gangs then there should be operation against them.
Earlier, Ayaz Palijo met with several community leaders including, Pakistani American Association of Pakistan former president Dr. Amir Suleman, current President Dr. Javaid Ajmal, Amir Makhani, Iqbal Jewani, Attorney Naeem Sakhia, Faizullah Abbasi, Imtiaz pirzada, ,and others.
SANA President Moazzam Bhangar and Hina Bhangar also hosted a dinner in honor of the guests and community members.
He met with Dr. Hashmi in Paris Texas where Moazzam Bhangar, Raja Zahid and Asttar Manganhar was also present.
Ayaz Palijo was welcomed to America and was presented with an Ajrak by South Asia Democracy Watch & Muslim Democratic caucus Directors Amir Makhani and Raja Zahid Khanzada.
