According to Highway Police, the men on duty were persecuted only for stopping Rizvi’s security guards and asking them to show identification as they were armed to teeth and looked suspicious.
“They not only beat up the police but also fired shots in the air, as a result one of the tyres of a police vehicle burst”, the police added.
