OKARA: Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that the constitution of Pakistan is a real plaintiff in the treason case against former president and army chief General (retd) Pervez Musharraf.
Talking to media here Saturday, Nawaz Sharif said that it is up to the court to decide whether the contempt of state took place in November 3, 2007 or not.
Nawaz said that complainant in the treason case is the constitution and the government of Pakistan. The court would decide the fate of former military ruler, he added.
