Police kill two ‘dacoits’ in Khanewal

KHANEWAL: Two alleged dacoits were killed in an alleged police encounter within the remits of Sadar police station, Geo News reported on Saturday.

According to reports, armed motorcyclists opened fire when the police tried to stop them. Both the men were killed when police returned fire.

The bodies were taken to the District Hospital for medico-legal formalities. Identities of the deceased were yet to be ascertained.
