KHYBER AGENCY: Eight terrorists have been killed in air strikes conducted by the security forces in Tirah Valley, sources said on Tuesday.

According to security sources, the air raids pounded the dens of terrorists in Tirah Valley, killing eight terrorists and destroying two of their hideouts.

The sources added that the terrorists killed in the raids belonged to proscribed Lashkar-e-Islam and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Security forces hand back Bara area to Civil Administration

Meanwhile, security forces handed back Bara area of Khyber Agency to the Civil Administration after clearance.

According to ISPR, the traders can now reopen their businesses in Bara Bazar.

It further said that a majority of temporarily displaced persons of Khyber Agency have also returned to their homes.
