DOHA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who is in Doha on a two-day official visitheld a meeting with CEO Qatar Investment Authority Shiekh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Thani.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan is focused on expanding its physical infrastructure which offers attractive incentives for FDI in various fields.
We would like Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan; particularly in the field of energy related projects as well as Pakistan’s agriculture and livestock sector, the prime minister said.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister for Finance, Minister for Petroleum and SAPM Tariq Fatemi.
