Pakistan will play its last match in the Asia Cup against Sri Lanka today, after both teams failed to qualify for the finals.

The match that will take place at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium, Dhaka, will bring together two traditionally strong teams, which failed to impress fans in the tournament. Both teams have won only one match each from UAE, out of the five it played in the tournament.

Pakistan has been criticized for having weak openers, none of which have scored more than 11 runs in the tournament. However, bowler Muhammad Amir has delivered extraordinary performance.

Captain Shahid Afridi has been advised to get some rest by the team management and stay away from the match. However the final decision will be taken by Afridi.

Sri Lanka is also facing trouble with its batting line. Batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan has lost form and has not been performing in the last few matches.
