KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court inKarachi on Saturday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief and party leader Haider Abbas Rizvi in connection with the provocative speech case.
During the previoushearing, the investigation officer had sought time for the arrest of absconders, however, the IO failed to present them before the court today.
The Provocative speech case was lodgedat the New Town police station.
MQM Senator Tahir Mashhadi had been released from the same case on lack of evidence.
