LAHORE: The prices of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Punjab have been slashed by Rs5.30 per kilogram. The new price will be applicable on pumping stations running on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
CNG will now be available at Rs41.90 per kg and the new prices will be effective from tomorrow (Wednesday).
Sources said the price of CNG has been reduced following negotiations between the CNG Association and Sui Northern Gas Company (SSGC) officials.
This is the lowest price of CNG in Punjab in the past eight years, the sources added.
