ANKARA: Two people have died and two more were wounded on Monday when rockets landed in the southeastern Turkish town of Kilis near the Syrian border, hitting a teachers´ dormitory, security sources said.

Kilis, which is just across the border from an area of Syria controlled by Islamic State militants, has been frequently hit by rocket fire in recent weeks.
