QUETTA: A Frontier Corps (FC) personnel was gunned down while three others sustained injuries on Friday in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
According to police officials, one assailant was killed in retaliatory firing of FC personnel.
They said that a suspicious object is tied to the dead attacker’s body.
Police further said that Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) officials were called after the attack.
Later on, BDS officials defused the bomb attached to the body of the attacker.
A hand-grenade was also recovered from the body, police said.
