LAHORE: Terrorists should fight with the men in uniform and not attack civilians like cowards, said Corp Commander Lahore in his Defence Day address at the Fortress Stadium.
He said that the nation is united. “We understand the enemy. We know his motives. Operation Zarb-e-Azb is not just a military operation. It is also aims at changing an ideology.”
Lt General Sadiq Ali said that in the 17-day-war in September 1965 the nation proved that it was together. “Our countrymen supported the Pakistan Armed Forces mission in the war.”
He added that freedom is a blessing and the country should cherish it.
