In a statement, MNS said they won’t allow the release of Fawad Khan’s "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" and Mahira Khan’s "Raees".

MNS particularly took the names of Karan Johar and Mahesh Bhatt and ordered both producers to not give any work to Pakistanis in their films. The extremist party also warned Shah Rukh Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Salman Khan of severe consequences if they continued to extend support to Pakistani actors.

Previously MNS had given Pakistani stars an ultimatum to leave India.

The extremist party also engaged in a protest outside the residence of Karan Johar, to omit the character of Fawad Khan from upcoming movie "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil".
