President signs Pak Army Act (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has signed/promulgated the Pakistan Army Act (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015.

Parliament brought amendments in the Army Act after Peshawar School attack on December 16. Pakistan also lifted moratorium on death penalty following the attack.(APP/Geo)
