ISLAMABAD: The 24th constitutional amendment bill would be presented before the lower house on Friday.
According to the issued agenda for the session, the article 184(3) would be subjected to amendment. The new legislation would give the constitutional right to appeal at the larger bench on orders issued in the suo-moto cases.
Companies Ordinance, 2016 would also be presented to the assembly for approval.
