According to police, the student belonged from Karachi
LAHORE: A student's dead body was found from a dormitory room at a private university in Lahore, police said on Tuesday.
The hostel administration after finding the dead body called police. According to police, the student identified as Shameer, was a resident ofKarachi.
The deceased was a fifth semester student, taking courses in Finance and Accounting, police informed.
Police said that his room was also searched and some of his personal stuff and cigarettes were sent to lab for examination.
The body was sent for a post-mortem investigation, police added.No cause of death could be ascertained as of now, although investigation is underway.
