ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted two benches at the principal seat to hear a number of cases for the next week starting from November 8.
The first bench includes the Chief Justice, Justice Tariq Parvez and Justice Ghulam Rabbani while the second bench of Justice Nasir ul Mulk and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain (to sit on November 8), while the composition of this bench will change from November 10 including Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed as its member.
According to cause lists, no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court. If the counsel is unable to appear for any reason the Advocate-on-Record will be required to argue the case.
No Adjournment on any ground will be granted.
