Five killed in Karachi firing incidents

KARACHI: At least five people lost their lives and three sustained injuries amid overnight incidents of shooting in different areas of Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to sources, some unidentified bike riders opened fire at three persons in Baldi Town locality, killing two among them on the spot. One sustained injuries who has been admitted to hospital.

Meanwhile, in another incident of shooting in Alfalah locality, a person has been shot dead, police said. The assailants succeeded to flee the crime site.

In the latest incident of firing in Gulshan-e-Iqbal locality, a man has been gunned down while another suffered injuries when duo were attacked by unknown miscreants.

Injured men have been admitted to hospital. Dead bodies too shifted to hospital for autopsy.
