KARACHI: Police detained a drug dealer in the metropolis of upscale Defence Housing Authority phase-six Shahbaz Commercial, in the wee hours of Saturday.
According to police officials, the accused suspect Saeed was carrying around four hundred packets of heroin.
The heroin that was recovered is of high quality, said police.
