KARACHI: At least three bodies were found from different areas of the metropolis, informed police authorities on Wednesday.

In Block 14 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, unidentified suspects fled the spot after throwing a body near a roadside superstore. The deceased has been identified as Kazim. According to the police, four bullet wounds were found in his body.

In Block 19 of the same area, a plastic-wrapped body of Rizwan was found by his sister. The police said the deceased's wife along with four children were missing. Both cases have been registered and investigation has started.

Thebody of a woman was found in near Seaview in Clifton. Details of the case have not yet been provided by the authorities.

Two alleged dacoits were apprehended in Model Colony by locals. The suspects were given into police custody.

In raids at Shah Lateef Town, Landhi Jauharabad and Pak Colony, at least 11 suspects were detained by the police authorities.

Meanwhile, police claimed to have arrested a suspect allegedly involved in attacking the house of singer Sanam Abbasi on Wednesday.

According to reports, in Shantinagar area of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Farhan Mugheri was arrested on the identification of the artist, while his accomplices, Ahmed Mugheri, Shafeeq and Haseeb are on the run.

The police have said a case has been registered to commence formal investigation on the matter.
