KARACHI: Model Ayyan Ali left for Sri Lanka via Dubai from Jinnah International Airport on Thursday after her name was removed from the Exit Control List.
As per a notification issued from Ministry of Interior Section Officer Qalandar Khan, Ali's name has been removed from ECL in accordance with the Supreme Court's decision of January 30.
The model's name was in the ECL since 14 March 2015 after she was arrested at Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad for illegally carrying Rs0.5 million.
