At least six people were martyred in a blast that targeted a census team in Punjab's provincial capital, Lahore, today
A suicide bomb attack took place on census team and accompanying security personnel in Lahore's Bedian Road, early Wednesday morning, martyring at least six people.
Those who died included four Army personnel, according to Punjab government spokesman Malik Ahmed Khan said. He added that 14 to 15 people were injured as well.

Photos from the scene of the attack showed two vans and a motorcycle which were damaged by the explosion.
"I was standing a hundred steps away from the incident," an eyewitness told Geo News. "I called 112 [Emergency Ambulance Service], which reached the site 20 minutes later."

Rescue teams reached the site soon after the incident was reported, while security personnel cordoned off the area.
