Twitter suspends Indian singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya's account

Indian singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya who is more famous for his controversial attitude than his singing got his Twitter account suspended on Wednesday.

The singer's account was suspended after he posted a series of ‘offensive’ tweets, especially against women.

Social media users have also been accusing the Ole Ole singer of using ‘inappropriate’ and ‘insulting’ language.

The singer has also been posting inflammatory tweets against journalist Swati Chaturvedi in the past for which Swati registered a police complaint against him last year in July.

While the account issuspended, it is still unclear if the decision taken by Twitter is temporary or permanent.
