Priyanka reminds host 'Meghan Markle isn’t only Prince Harry’s girlfriend'

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who recently transitioned to Hollywood, isn’t only a woman of many talents but has remarkable personal traits too.

The actress is one of the most sensible and graceful media personalities. Recently, she appeared on a US talk show, where the host of ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ asked the ‘Baywatch’ actress to reflect on her friendship with actress Meghan Markle.

When Wendy tried to probe the actress on the relationship status of her friend, Priyanka without a moment’s delay reminded the host that Meghan Markle isn’t Prince Harry’s girlfriend only, she is a Suits actress too.

The big news is that you are friends with actress Meghan Markle, said the host, emphasising ‘girlfriend Prince Harry’.

“Also, Meghan Markle, actress Suits, her achievements,” promptly replied the Bollywood actress.

Priyanka firmly believes in the concept of strong independent women, something she said during her interview when questioned why she doesn’t like being accompanied by a date at the red carpet.

“My mom and my outfit, strong independent women,” she commented, gaining a round of applause from the guests.

About the question about her friend’s relationship, Priyanka refrained from commenting further, expressing her wish that the couple does get married.
