A shallow westerly wave is still affecting Kashmir and its adjoining areas

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country in the next twenty-four hours.

However, rain and thunderstorm with gusty winds are expected at a few places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, D.I. Khan divisions, Islamabad, FATA, and Kashmir.

A weak seasonal low lies over northeast Balochistan. However, a shallow westerly wave is still affecting Kashmir and its adjoining areas.

Past weather

The weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. However, dust thunderstorm and rain with gusty winds occurred at isolated places in Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Hazara divisions and Kashmir.
