Justice Sajjad Ali Shah remarked that this has been a 'remarkable achievement' by the Sindh government.

Justice Gulzar Ahmed observed that if the people are unqualified for the posts, why didn't the government relieve them from their duties after issuing a show-cause notice.

The Supreme Court's Karachi registry noted that as long as the employees were on duty their salaries cannot be stopped. The court dismissed the education department's appeal against the tribunal's decision. The tribunal had ordered to issue salaries of 19 employees.
