LAHRE: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr. Farooq Sattar Friday said the public meeting being organized by his party in Lahore on April 10 will prove to be a harbinger of the beginning of a revolution through ballot, Geo News reported.
“The youth of the Punjab will be the front runners of this revolution,” Dr. Sattar said while addressing a press conference outside Qadhafi Stadium here ahead of MQM public meeting all set to be held here on Sunday.
When asked to comment on PPP leader Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza’s statement, he said first PPP should clarify its policy then he would give his response.
The central leader of MQM said the his party’s caravan will move through Lahore to reach its final destination, Islamabad.
He ruled out elimination of extremism and terrorism without putting an end to feudalism.
Dr. Sattar said MQM would invite Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Governor Latif Khosa, Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan and PPP leader Jehangir Badar to attend the public meeting.
