UNITED NATIONS: UN Chief Ban Ki-moon told Ivory Coast leader Alassane Ouattara on Monday the country must avert new "bloodshed" and ensure there is no retaliation against supporters of fallen strongman Laurent Gbagbo, a UN spokesman said.
