Kadhafi forces pound rebels west of Ajdabiya

AJDABIYA: Forces of Libyan strongman Moamer Kadhafi on Sunday pounded rebels at the western gate of the key eastern crossroads town of Ajdabiya with heavy artillery, an AFP correspondent said.
