ISLAMABAD: NRO review case hearing Tuesday adjourned for two weeks owing to the absence of Justice Tassadaq Hussain, failing to make the 17-judge full court, Geo News reported.

Justice Hussain is unwell, according to the Chief Justice, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

The law ministry’s Solicitor General, Nasir Ali Shah has submitted a reply to the show-cause notice.

The Attorney General said that the government’s stance on the replacement of the lawyer on the NRO review case has not changed.
