World Earth day 2011 to be celebrated tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: World Earth Day 2011 is celebrated nationwide with a great number of amazing events planned on Friday April 22.

On Earth Day all around the world and communities band together to help each other and make some positive strides toward protecting the environment.

ACCA-WWF Pakistan Environmental Reporting Awards distribution ceremony would also be held here on the occasion of Earth Day.

ACCA-WWF Pakistan Environmental Reporting Awards are a major public-interest initiative taken by ACCA and WWF Pakistan, to support and promote best practice in Environmental and sustainability reporting in the country.

The Federal Minister for Environment and Women Development Samina Khalid Ghurki will be the Chief Guest in "ACCA-WWF Business Talk 2011" on the occasion.
