Law ministry prays for evidential record on ZAB case

ISLAMABAD: Law Ministry, requesting Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) to produce detailed record on the Zulfiqar Bhutto case, has also prayed for evidential record of five approvers involved in the case, Geo News reported Monday.

In an application submitted to SC’s Registrar from Senior Consultant of Law Ministry, Aarif Chaudhry, the latter has prayed the former to deliver ministry complete evidential record on the ZAB case including the report on provisional verdict of the SC and statements of five approvers.

The audio record on the court’s proceedings has also been sought in the application.
