LAHORE: A passenger was arrested from a Jeddah-bound flight Tuesday night here at the Allama Iqbal International Airport after contraband was found in his possession, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) said.
According to the ANF, the suspect — identified as Waseem Shah — had hidden the contraband in secret compartments of his bag. The drugs were seized by the agency's personnel.
The suspect was transferred to the ANF headquarters, they added.
