Sindh police arrest 122 during 24 hours

KARACHI: Sindh police during last 24 hours arrested 122 accused and killed a robber during encounter.

As per details, Gharhi Yaseen police held an encounter with robbers in district Shikarpur and killed a robber, Mohammad Bux son of Bhagoo Khan, and recovered a Kalashnikov.

In another successful action, SITE-B Police Karachi raided at Pathan Colony and apprehended accused Abdul Wahab, recovering 10 kilograms of hashish and a submachine gun from him.

The police in other actions arrested 25 accused involved in robberies and other heinous crime, while 10 criminals were arrested red-handed from the scene of crime. Moreover, three absconders and 84 proclaimed offenders were arrested.

Police recovered 13 pistols, two Kalashnikovs, four guns, two rifles, two revolvers, 88 rounds, and 10.235 kilograms of hashish from the arrested accused.
