LAHORE: Flight schedule has been facing delays due to the appearance of a pothole on the runway of Lahore‘s Allama Iqbal International Airport, temporarily suspending the flight operations.

The pothole appeared due to heavy rainfall in the city.

The Jeddah-bound flight from Lahore was delayed due to the issue, causing problems for passengers.

Reportedly, 10 national and international flights faced delay due to the issue.

The Civil Aviation Authority’s engineers immediately took action and filled the potholes, after which the runway became operational again.
