LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday served notice on Attorney General in response to a petition filed by Advocate Iqbal Jaffery to seek deportation of US envoy from Pakistan unless USA begs pardon on Abbottabad incident, Geo News reported.
According to notice, the court summoned AG to hold hearing of the petition of Advocate Iqbal Jaffery on June 6.
The petitioner in his plea stated that attack on Abbottabad is violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty as the US has encroached international laws therefore unless USA seeks pardon, the latter’s envoy should be expelled form Pakistan.
Also, the Nato’s supply line be shut as being response from Pakistan on Abbottabad operation, the petition demanded further.
