ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair a session of the federal Cabinet today in the capital.
According to sources, Adviser on Finance Abdul Hafeez Sheikh will give briefing on the budget framework for 2019-20.
Hafeez Sheikh will also brief the Cabinet meeting on the salient features of the budget.
In the session, all the relevant departments will inform the Cabinet regarding their assets.
The law and order situation in the country will also be discussed.
The cabinet decisions will be reviewed in the meeting. The decision of the Council of Common Interest regarding corruption in Kacchi canal construction will also be discussed.
