Six women among 12 killed in road mishap

ISLAMABAD: At least 12 people including six women were killed in a head-on collision between car and passenger bus at Pir Mahal District of Toba Tek Singh on Tuesday.

According to police, a car carrying 12 people was on their way to Faisalabad when collided with a passenger coach, resulting 11 people including six women and three children died on the spot while a girl succumbed to her injuries in Toba Tek Singh hospital, private news channel reported.

The bodies have been shifted to Pir Mahal and all the passengers of the van remained unhurt.
