Ali Zafar is in China, attending the Jackie Chan Action Film Festival, where his movie is nominated in three categories.
The actor and singer took to Instagram to post updates from the country. “Today we’ll be representing Pakistan in one of the most prestigious international film festivals ‘Jackie Chan Action Film Festival’.” His movie, Teefa in Trouble, has been nominated for Best Action Film and Best Action Director. While, he has been named in the category of Best Action Hero. “It is Indeed a big honour for all of us and Pakistan. Pray we win,” he wrote.
Zafar also uploaded pictures from the event. In one he was seen in conversation with Martin Campbell, the BAFT-winning director of Casino Royale, and Fatima Sana Sheikh, who starts in Thugs of Hindustan, amongst others.
