LG Secretary for special arrangements during monsoon

MULTAN: Secretary Local Government Punjab Khizer Hyat Gondal on Friday instructed WASA and TMA's authorities to make special arrangements for sanitation and cleanliness during monsoon season.

Addressing a meeting held to review arrangements for monsoon, he ordered for chlorination of drinking water tanks and carrying out spray to avert eruption of disease including dengue fever and malaria.

He said a notification in this regard would be issued soon.

DCO Zahid Akhtar Zaman gave briefing about the arrangements to cope with expected floods. (APP)
