Rain turns weather pleasant

FAISALABAD: The heavy rain here on Friday provided a respite to people from humid and sultry weather.

The rain started at about 8:10 a.m. and continued for an hour which turned the weather pleasant for the whole day.

According to local met office, the first spell of rain in airport area started at around 8:10 a.m. and the rain was recorded 6.2 mm while second spell of rain in the same area began at 12:20 noon which was recorded 6.1 mm.

The minimum temperature of city was recorded as 26 degrees Celsius at noon. (APP)
