ST. LOUIS: U.S. Special Envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan Marc Grossman has said that Pakistan was beset with two major challenges such as terrorism and weak economy for which both U.S. and Pakistan would have to cooperate with each other.

Marc Grossman was addressing at the annual dinner of American doctors’ organization ‘APNA” here.

He said that the intelligence, military and political leaderships had useful talks in Afghanistan and the delegation for July 5 dialogues would deliberate on several matters in detail.

He saqid that the terrorists have martyred over 19,000 Pakistanis for which Pakistan deserves high regard and respect.
