Battagram suicide blast toll rises to seven

BATTAGRAM: At least seven people including three police officials were killed and 19 others injured in the suicide blast ahead of the public meeting of PML-Q, Geo News reported Monday.

The suicide bomber ripped through the Wapda office, according to police sources.

Preparations were being made for the public meeting of PML-Q. Leaders of the party had not reached the site when the blast occurred. PML-Q leader Ameer Maqam was to address the meeting.

SM Battagram hospital has confirmed the death of five, saying that hospital has received five bodies.
