PML-N forms disciplinary committee to probe Aqeel’s escape

LAHORE: PML-N Chied Nawaz Sharif has formed a disciplinary committee under the chairmanship of Raja Zafarul Haq to probe the Anjum Aqeel incident involving his escape from police custody, Geo News reported.

According to the secretary of PML-N chief, the committee will probe the incident in which Anjum Aqeel fled from police custody and will also indentify those individuals who assisted him.

The committee includes PML-N MNAs Khurram Dastagir, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Mrs Nuzhat Amir Sadiq.

The committee will present its report to PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif.
